Booking

• Registration and booking requests are accepted through the website or official communication channels.
• Participants are responsible for reviewing all program details before completing their booking.
• A booking shall not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the company.
• Full payment is required to confirm participation in retreats and programs.

Amendments

• Requests to modify a booking may be submitted within a reasonable period before the scheduled service date and are subject to availability and feasibility.
• Amendments may be subject to additional fees or price differences depending on the nature of the service.

Cancellation and Refunds

Workshops and Events

• If a participant cancels less than one week before the event, no refund will be issued.
• If a participant cancels more than one week before the event, the amount paid will be converted into a credit that may be used toward our services within six (6) months.
• Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund unless otherwise stated in the specific program terms.
• Bookings may be transferred to another individual, provided that the original participant arranges the replacement.
• Administrative fees may apply if registration is cancelled after participation has been confirmed.

Wellness and Healing Retreats

• Refund eligibility is subject to the terms, conditions, and contractual obligations of hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and other third-party service providers involved in the retreat.
• Where third-party providers impose cancellation charges or non-refundable conditions, the participant shall be bound by those terms.
• In emergency or exceptional circumstances, each case will be reviewed individually, taking into consideration existing contractual obligations and the possibility of recovering funds from the relevant service providers.
• Administrative fees may apply if registration is cancelled after participation has been confirmed.
• Payments made for a retreat may not be transferred or applied to another retreat.
• Retreat bookings are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another participant.

Cancellation by the Company

If a program or retreat is cancelled by the company, participants will be notified and informed of the available options, which may include rescheduling or refunding any amounts recoverable from the relevant third-party providers.
